Welcome to Bulk Source, Pakistan’s First Ecommerce Wholesale Platform. These terms and conditions govern your relationship with Bulk Source as a vendor. Please carefully read and understand these terms before using our platform.

1. Vendor Registration

1.1. Eligibility: By registering as a vendor on Bulk Source, you represent and warrant that you are eligible to do business in Pakistan and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

1.2. Account Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process and for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times.

2. Product Listings

2.1. Listing Accuracy: You are responsible for creating and maintaining accurate product listings, including product descriptions, prices, and availability. Listings must comply with our guidelines and standards.

2.2. Prohibited Content: You may not list any products that violate our content policies, including prohibited items and services.

3. Payment and Commissions

1. Payment Processing: Bulk Source handles customer payments for orders placed through the platform.

2. Commission: Bulk Source retains a 2% commission on all sales made by vendors through the platform. This commission is deducted before transferring the remaining funds to the vendor. The commission percentage is subject to change, and any updates will be communicated to vendors.

   2.1. Commission Deduction Process: The 2% commission will be automatically deducted from the total sale amount before transferring funds to the vendor. Vendors are advised to review the commission structure periodically, as changes may occur.

4. Order Fulfillment

4.1. Order Processing: Vendors are responsible for promptly processing orders, ensuring product quality, and delivering products as described in the listings.

4.2. Shipping and Delivery: Vendors must adhere to agreed-upon shipping and delivery terms, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

5. Customer Service

5.1. Communication: Vendors are responsible for promptly addressing customer inquiries, providing order updates, and resolving any issues related to their products.

6. Return Policy

6.1. Acceptance of Returns: Vendors must accept returns if the products received by the customer do not match the descriptions provided in the product listings. Fair return policies in compliance with local consumer protection laws are required.

7. Vendor Communication

7.1. Communication Limitations: Vendors are prohibited from contacting customers personally outside of the Bulk Source platform. Unauthorized communication may result in charges and fines, with the proceedings allocated to the affected customer as compensation.

8. Payment Transfer Condition

Payment will not be transferred to the vendor until the customer marks the goods as “as promised.” Once marked as such, Bulk Source will not be held responsible for any faults or issues. This mechanism ensures that customer satisfaction and approval precede the payment transfer, and the vendor’s responsibility is considered fulfilled upon customer approval.

9. Termination

Bulk Source reserves the right to terminate vendor accounts at its discretion, with or without cause. Termination may result from violations of these terms and conditions or other improper conduct.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Bulk Source may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to vendors, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

By using Bulk Source as a vendor, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
